Damage Due to Shipping:
If the product has been broken or damaged in shipment, immediately notify the
shipping company and us. E-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will replace
your purchase immediately at no charge and pay for all associated shipping costs
for the return product.
New, Unused, Unopened Products:
You have 21 days to notify us that you need to return your purchase or gift, no questions asked.
Products unopened, or unused in their original packaging will be refunded for the full amount
of the product when we receive it returned. You are responsible for the return shipping costs
by registered airmail.
Please know that any personalized orders are not returnable. Any products that come back
to us unclaimed, may be resent to you with the shipping cost. We cannot return the money
for them if you choose not to receive them.
Contact us by sending an e-mail to email@example.com We will issue you an RMA number,
which is valid for 30 days. You must have an RMA number in order to return the merchandise.
Place the RMA number on the shipping label below the shipping address.
Once the item is received by our service dept., and verified to be in original condition,
the applicable credit will be issued to the original credit card.
Please allow 30 days for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.

You may cancel an order you have placed within 24 hours. After that, we will do our best
to stop your order from shipping. If we are unable to intervene in the shipping process,
